Adventure 53, part 1

Getting gold from the first hut is totally sadistic in the variant. I build Timbuktu on the elephant for extra starting shield. The expansion phase begins heading toward Egypt. His scout showed up to quickly from this way.

I declare war on Egypt in 1480 BC. I quickly grab the capitol. It comes with a nice bonus of Stonehenge.

It is a bloodbath with Memphis being on a hill, but Egypt is gone in 1160 BC. Thebes really turns out nice after I research iron and find a source there. I secure the copper source.

I follow up with the stone site.

I claim the horse site for long term military improvement.

I pushed toward Carthage where I fear the next war is coming from.
