I am approaching the borders with Pascal.
You can tell I am organized, as I have no issues taking marginal sites.
I suspect this is going to rather late for machinery. There were too many other techs I felt I had to get before I could go here such as currency to avoid an economic collapse. I am still struggling with a low science level despite all of that.
I continue to work my way toward MIA Pascal.
I begin to expand into the darkness. I lost all my exploring troops before getting to this area.
