Epic 8, the renaissance era

I don't think Mali will be giving me trouble again. Of course, all these city captures has devastated my economy. 30 to 40% science is horrid this late it the game. I have been gaining cities faster then I can build courthouses and get more cottages going.

This city was a disaster from the viewpoint of the RnG. I lost to many of my CR3 maces. The very ones I was hoping to upgrade to rifles.

I abused Globe Theater to whip out a ton of troops to survive these wars.

I get beat to liberalism by Rome. I was expecting America to be the one to do that, if it happened.

I use my next GS to complete 16 turns toward printing press. I need to improve the economy even with the game heading to domination. I can't afford to fall to far behind.

I trip my first GA via building Taj Mahal.

I celebrate the end of my GA by declaring war on China. I can absorb these 3 cities to further expand my empire. I can't take China out as he has a city buried in America territory, but every little bit helps. This game was pretty much forced into domination with all of the AI troubles I suffered. During this time the world goes crazy when Rome declares on America, and the second English - Arabian war begins.

I declare war on England in 1712 AD. With Arabia winning that war I would like to get some of the spoils. I easily get my northern targets.

This is the end of England.

I entered the industrial era in 1794 AD.
